Before you start
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one. Your photos go into a private Mantel library (5 GB free, no card), and the book is made from them. Nobody else sees them, and they aren’t used for anything else.
Can I choose every photo myself?
Yes. Mantel fills the pages to give you a start, and you can swap, add, remove or move any photo, or begin from a blank book.
Can I add words?
A title and a line under it on the cover, and a caption under the photos on a page.
Will it have your logo on it?
Only a small “Made with Mantel” at the foot of the back cover, and you can switch that off.
Where do you send books?
Within the United States for now. A book takes about 10 business days to print and bind, then 3 to 5 days in the post, by tracked post. See Shipping.
What if something’s wrong with it?
If it arrives damaged, with a printing fault, or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we’ll make it again or refund you in full, with nothing to send back. See Returns.
