How storage counts
Your plan covers everything in the libraries you own, whoever added it. Photos someone shares into your library from theirs don't count twice. Prices are in US dollars.
If you run out of space
New uploads pause until you upgrade or make room. Nothing already in your library is touched.
If a paid plan ends
If you cancel or move to a smaller plan and your library is bigger than the new plan, everything stays, and you can still see and download all of it, for 90 days. We email you when it starts, at 30 and 60 days, and a week before. If your library is still over after 90 days, the photos and videos beyond your plan are deleted, newest uploads first. Your favourites are kept first, so star the ones that matter most. Choosing a plan again, or deleting some photos, at any point stops this.
Changing or cancelling
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from your account. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. You can always download your originals, whatever plan you're on.
Price changes
Prices may change. If we change the price of a plan you're on, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can switch plans or cancel before then. See the Terms.
