Shipping & delivery

The short version. Every print, canvas and mug is made to order from your photo, then sent by tracked post. Most orders arrive about 1 to 2 weeks after you order. You see the exact shipping cost before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States and New Zealand. The shop shows what can be sent to the country you choose, and the address is checked before you pay.
How long it takes
- Making it: usually 2 to 5 business days. Framed prints and canvases can take a little longer than prints and mugs.
- Delivery: usually 3 to 7 business days after it ships, within the country it ships to.
These are typical times, not guarantees. Busy seasons, such as the weeks before Christmas, and weather or carrier delays can add a few days. If you need something by a particular date, ask us before you order.
What shipping costs
Shipping is charged at what it costs us to send your order, with nothing added on top. It depends on what you order and where it's going, and the exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay. Several items in one order usually cost less to ship than ordering them one at a time.

You can see where each order is up to in Your orders, in your Mantel account. When your order ships, we'll email you its tracking link.
Orders with more than one item
Different products are made in different places, so an order can arrive in more than one parcel, on different days.
Getting the address right
Please check the delivery address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away: we can usually fix it if your order hasn't been made yet. Once it has shipped, we can't redirect it, and an order sent to an address entered wrongly isn't covered by our returns policy, though we'll always try to help.
Lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or it says delivered but nothing arrived, let us know. We'll chase it with the carrier, and if it's lost, we'll make and send it again, or refund you.
